

His subsequent operational tours include Training Officer and Riverine Troop- FOUR Commander at SPECIAL BOAT TEAM TWENTY-TWO (SBT-22) where he qualified as a Combatant Craft Patrol Officer on the Special Operations Craft – Riverine (SOC-R), NSWG-3, Coronado, CA for a second tour, Special Operations Command South (SOCSOUTH), and finally SPECIAL BOAT TEAM – TWELVE (SBT-12) where he retired from military service on 1 November 2021. Upon graduation from the LDO Program, he was assigned to SEAL TEAM ONE completing two tours to Iraq. Once commissioned, he reported to the LDO/CWO School in Pensacola, FL. In July 2004, he transferred to NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE GROUP THREE, Coronado CA, where he served as the Preparation of the Environment (PE) / Personnel Recovery (PR) Cell LCPO until his commissioning to Ensign on January 1, 2006. During this period, he earned his Submarine (SG) Qualification on board USS Philadelphia (SSN-690) and was promoted to Senior Chief Petty Officer. From January 2002 to November 2002, he served as the Special Reconnaissance (SR) Training Department LCPO prior to being assigned as Task Unit Charlie, Mission Specialist (MS) LCPO, which position he served until June 2004. Tim then reported to SEAL DELIVERY VEHICLE TEAM-TWO, Virginia Beach, VA as a Chief Select. Following SEAL TEAM THREE, he reported to the MK-16 and Seal Delivery Vehicle (SDV) Operator Course at Panama City, FL, April 2001 until August 2001. From August 1995 until April 2001, Tim served as Bravo Platoon, Communications Representative, ARG “A” deployment, Air Representative, Southwest Asia deployment, and Leading Petty Officer (LPO), Southwest Asia deployment. After graduating BUDS, June 1995, Tim reported to Army Airborne Training, Fort Benning, GA with follow-on orders to SEAL TEAM THREE, Coronado, CA. After his tour on USS ARLEIGH BURKE, Tim transferred to the NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE CENTER (NSWC), Coronado, CA in 1994 and was assigned to Basic Underwater Demolition SEAL (BUDS), Class 199.

During this tour he qualified as Surface Rescue Swimmer and earned the Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist (ESWS) Insignia. After commissioning, USS ARLEIGH BURKE (DDG-51) deployed to the Mediterranean, Adriatic, and the Red Seas in support of multiple operations with the USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT (CVN-71) Battle Group, March 1992 – October 1992.

Designated a Radioman Apprentice in March 1991 he reported to the PRECOMMISSIONING UNIT, ARLEIGH BURKE in Bath Maine. Following graduation from Seymour High School in 1990 he enlisted in the Navy on 19 September and reported to Naval Recruit Training Command, San Diego, CA with a follow-on assignment to Radioman “A” School. Tim Fedrick was born in Natchez, Mississippi on 12 March 1972 and raised in Louisiana and Tennessee.
